All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Montreal where the whole JB Skin Guru team is hard at work. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.
Orders will not ship over the weekend.
Canada and USA
- Flat shipping rate of 10$CAD
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes)
- Flat shipping rate of 20$CAD

Return & EXCHANGE Policy
Each JB Skin Guru order is attentively and thoughtfully processed and packaged. Our team works very hard to make sure each and every customer is thoroughly satisfied and receives his or her order in a timely matter. However, despite our best efforts, human error or shipping mishaps are possible. In that case, we sincerely apologize and ask that you contact customer care at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to rectify any issues such as; order missing, items in order broken or missing, and/or items in order defective.
Our ingredients and formulations are carefully chosen and designed to ensure positive results on the skin and our team is always a simple email away to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any allergies, please be sure to request the full ingredient list prior to placing an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept any full-sized product purchased for an exchange as long as it is unopened, undamaged and received within 30 days of initial purchase.
A refund can be issued within 30 days of placing an order and once we have received your returned items. Refunds are issued in the unlikely event you experienced a negative and unknown response to the product. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a $10 re-stocking fee, plus taxes, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
